R&B star Lloyd is preparing to become a father.
The Southside singer’s longtime girlfriend, Dehea Abraham, is pregnant with their first child, and she recently showed off her bulging belly in a sweet Instagram message to her man, while he was on tour.
“Ohhh 32w (weeks)! Almost there,” she captioned the image, indicating she is due in late September (17). “It’s time to come back home and rub on my belly.”
The baby news emerges after Lloyd opened up about his girlfriend’s previous miscarriage in the candid lyrics to his 2016 song Tru.
On the personal track, he sang, “Came home, helped my sister raise a child, kind of hurt me ’cause I could’ve had my own now/Lost my baby, damn, it’s really hitting home now.”
