Rapper Soulja Boy pleaded not guilty to two felony gun possession counts on Monday (23Jan17) and will return to court next month to fight the charges.
The Crank That (Soulja Boy) hitmaker was arrested last month (Dec16), when police officers found a gun at the 26-year-old’s home in the Hollywood Hills.
It was later reported the gun charges had been dropped, but he has since been charged with possession of an assault weapon and a misdemeanour for receiving stolen property after police officials discovered one of the guns in his home was reportedly stolen from a police car.
If convicted, he faces more than four years in prison.
