The Oscar winner announced plans for The Middle East Theater Academy during a press conference in Dubai, United Arab Emirates on Sunday (06Feb11), revealing the venture would be a travelling project offering workshops and classes in all aspects of theatre.
The American Beauty star, who is artistic director of London’s Old Vic Theater, hopes the school will give potential students the opportunity to travel to Broadway and other top drama destinations after enrolment.
