The Rambo star is to receive a career achievement prize at the event’s annual awards gala, which will take place in Beverly Hills later this month (10).
Organisers will also honour Sean Penn for his charity work, while Morgan Freeman will be feted for his contribution to technological innovations through his Revelations Entertainment company.
The Damned United moviemaker Tom Hooper will also receive a directing prize at the gala, which will be held on 20 October (10).
