Stan Lee accused of sexual misconduct by masseuse

Comic book guru Stan Lee has been accused of sexual misconduct.
Masseuse Maria Carballo has filed documents accusing the Marvel mastermind of grabbing her foot and rubbing it against his penis during a massage session over the weekend (20-22Apr18) in a Chicago, Illinois hotel room.
According to The Blast, Carballo fled from Lee’s suite at the Hyatt Regency when he allegedly began to moan and groan, while she was massaging him, but she was called back to the room the following day.
She claims an hour into the massage, he began moaning again and when she stopped the massage and asked Lee to put his clothes back on, he stood up and became angry.
She reluctantly agreed to continue the massage and began using her feet for a Shiatsu treatment.
After a few minutes, she claims Lee grabbed her foot and “moved it against his penis and scrotum”.
The masseuse insists she ended the massage, took her money and left.
Carballo is suing for assault, battery, violation of the Illinois Gender Violence Act, emotional distress and civil conspiracy. She is seeking damages in excess of $50,000 (GBP36,000).
