Steve Howe rejoining Asia for John Wetton tributes

Prog rock legend Steve Howe is to rejoin his former band Asia for a series of tributes to the late John Wetton.
The Yes guitarist will return to the group for four shows, which will also feature Foreigner and John Parr.
“A tribute to John Wetton is being planned, end November (sic), four dates including the Royal Albert Hall, with members of Asia as special guests of Foreigner,” a post on the Asia Facebook page reads. “John Parr will be opening the show. Signed up so far are Geoff Downes and Steve Howe.”
Asia founder Wetton lost his battle against cancer in January (17), aged 67.
He has been replaced in the band by Billy Sherwood for Asia’s upcoming concerts with Journey. He’ll join guitarist Sam Coulson, drummer Carl Palmer and keyboardist Downes on the road.
Steve Howe’s son Dylan will step in for Palmer during the four Wetton tribute concerts.
