“Survivor” judge may rule against CBS

Saying that a confidentiality agreement cannot be enforced if it prevents the disclosure of wrongdoing, Los Angeles Judge Ralph Dau indicated Monday that he may toss out CBS’s breach-of-contract suit against former Survivor contestant Stacey Stillman. Stillman had claimed that Survivor producer Mark Burnett rigged the contest against her.
