The producers of the creepy musical adaptation of the hit TV comedy show have announced the play, which currently stars Brooke Shields and Roger Rees, will close on New Year’s Eve (31Dec11).
The Addams Family opened in April, 2010 with Nathan Lane and Bebe Neuwirth leading the cast, and it became an instant hit.
By its close, fans will have seen 725 performances and 34 previews.

The Addams Family will continue to hit stages across America on tour next year (12). The touring musical will launch in New Orleans, Louisiana next month (Sep11).
