The Chainsmokers’ Alex Pall ‘trying to be a better person’ after cheating accusations

The Chainsmokers star Alex Pall is trying to “be a better person” after being caught cheating on now ex-girlfriend Tori Woodward.
Tori, who had been dating Alex since February 2014, took to Instagram to post two surveillance shots which seemingly showed her then beau in a passionate embrace with another woman. The first, which she captioned, “Alex is disgusting. Men are trash. Don’t ever forget it”, was deleted, with Tori later accusing Alex of reporting it to Instagram to get it removed.
However, a CCTV video of Alex, in which he could be seen kissing the woman and grabbing her bottom as the pair canoodled at a residential location, was captioned: “They’ll look you in the eyes and tell you they love you. Then destroy you without a second thought.”
Tori also told fans that it wasn’t the first time Alex had been unfaithful, and added that he hadn’t apologised for any of his alleged infidelities.
Since Tori’s claims, Alex has been keeping a low profile, but was spotted at Los Angeles’ LAX Airport on Tuesday (23Jan18) as he jetted to Qatar for a gig.
Speaking to a videographer for gossip website TMZ.com, Alex admitted life has been “a little rough” as he addressed Tori’s allegations for the first time.
“She deserves the best, I wish nothing but the best for her. She deserves a better guy than me,” Alex said, before adding, “I’ve been miserable – I’m looking forward to getting out of the country now.”
Asked by the reporter what he had learned from the situation, Alex replied: “To be a better person and protect those who love you.”
Tori previously concluded her posts on Instagram by urging her followers not to “be that guy” and to have “basic respect for women in your life”, adding” “I really appreciate all the kind messages I’ve been getting. I’m moving on with my life now with the satisfaction that I’m liberated from a horrible person and encourage anyone else in a similar position to know your worth and do the same.”
