The Walking Dead star Christian Serratos is reportedly in talks to play tragic singer Selena Quintanilla in an upcoming Netflix series.
The 28-year-old has emerged as the frontrunner to land the role, according to multiple reports.
Netflix bosses are working with the slain star’s family to bring her life story to the small screen, with production set to begin in Mexico next month (September 2019).

Jennifer Lopez previously portrayed the singer, who was shot and killed by the president of her fan club, in the 1997 film Selena.
