The former Sonny With a Chance star and her husband Chris Carney welcomed little KJ on Tuesday (14Aug12) morning, and less than 24 hours after giving birth, Thornton shared his first photo with fans on the social networking website.
Uploading a snap as she held the infant, she wrote, “when he was 10 hours old….what a little angel… Pure perfection in a mother’s eyes”.
The new mum later thanked her partner Carney, as well as friends and family for their support, adding, “So in awe of my beautiful husband @ChrisGCarney words can’t even describe. He’s an amazing dad! I am BEYOND blessed… All of our friends and our fam are so wonderful and generous. Our hospital room is full of flowers and gifts.”
