Tiffany Thornton’s husband files child abduction report

Actress Tiffany Thornton’s husband has filed a child stealing report, accusing the former Disney star of running away with their two young sons. Musician Chris Carney filed the claim with the Los Angeles Police Department on Thursday (22May14), alleging his wife has abducted their children, Bentley, two months, and two-year-old Kenneth, with the assistance of his mother, Ruth Carney, who is the mayor of Hot Springs, Arkansas.
In the documents obtained by TMZ.com, Carney states that Thornton is suffering from postpartum depression, having just given birth to their son in March (14), and insists her religious beliefs could be the reason behind the alleged abduction.
A representative for Thornton tells the gossip site that Carney’s claims are unfounded, saying, “Mr. Carney’s claims are false and are being dealt with in the proper forum.”
Thornton and Carney wed in 2011 and her former Sonny with a Chance co-star Demi Lovato served as a bridesmaid.
