Tom Jones too ill for Chichester concert

Tom Jones has been forced to scrap a concert in Chichester, England, due to a bout of ill health.

The singer was scheduled to play a Stansted Park show in the city on Wednesday night (18Jul18), but a statement posted on his Twitter account urges fans not to attend.

“Unfortunately, Sir Tom is unwell and has been advised by doctors not to perform,” the statement from bosses at ticket company Cuffe and Taylor reads.

It’s not clear what ails the Kiss singer, but fans have flooded social media with well wishes and prayers for his recovery.
