Tom Sizemore was thrown off film after alleged sexual assault of girl aged 11 – report

Tom Sizemore was allegedly removed from a 2003 film set after he was accused of molesting an 11-year-old girl.

Cast and crew members who worked on 2005 film Born Killers, shot in Utah two years earlier, tell The Hollywood Reporter that Sizemore was banned from the set after the alleged incident – but that he returned for reshoots after her parents declined to press charges. He was quietly dropped afterward by his management firm Untitled and talent agency CAA.

The girl, who is now 26, reportedly told her mother that the Saving Private Ryan star had touched her genitals while she was sitting on his knee dressed in a nightgown for photographs used in the film.

Editors at the publication state that the alleged victim has hired a lawyer to explore pursuing legal action against Sizemore and her parents. The 55-year-old actor’s agent Stephen Rice told the publication, “Our position is ‘no comment.'”

According to the film’s casting director Catrine McGregor, the girl’s agent contacted her the following day to say their client had told her mother she had been touched inappropriately. The film’s producers Jai Stefan, Michael Manshel and Gus Spoliansky then removed Sizemore from the set and McGregor filed a complaint with the Screen Actors Guild (SAG).

The producers say they then reviewed evidence of the photography session, which proved inconclusive, and encouraged the girl’s parents to report the incident to law enforcement officials.

Her parents declined to pursue the matter and wanted their daughter to remain in the film, and Manshel says that when confronted the actor denied the allegation.

Robyn Adamson, who played Sizemore’s character’s abandoned wife in the movie, originally titled Piggy Banks, tells The Hollywood Reporter that she witnessed the alleged incident.

She says, “At one point her eyes got just huge, like she could’ve vomited. I was watching her. She soon reintegrated and kept going, although she had trouble taking direction. Later, when I was told about what happened, I knew exactly what it was.”

Several months later Sizemore returned for reshoots at Spoliansky’s home in Malibu, California.
Spoliansky says that he and his fellow producers were “willing to do anything” if the allegation was pursued but could not be “police, judge and jury” due to a lack of hard evidence.

Sizemore has a long history of drug addiction and legal problems, and in 2003 was jailed for assaulting his then girlfriend, former ‘Hollywood Madam’ Heidi Fleiss. Last year (16) he was again arrested on a domestic violence charge.
