Actress Tori Spelling has been released from hospital after secretly spending six days in a Los Angeles medical centre for undisclosed issues.
The former Beverly Hills, 90210 star, who has been fighting to save her marriage, was spotted heading home on Saturday (26Apr14) afternoon, still sporting a hospital ID bracelet on her wrist as her husband Dean McDermott helped her into a waiting vehicle. An insider tells E! News that McDermott spent up to 10 hours with his wife during her unexpected stay, and he seemed “very stressed out and worried” while waiting for Spelling to recuperate.
The mother-of-four recently opened up about the couple’s marital problems on their latest U.S. reality series True Tori, confirming rumours that the Canadian actor had embarked on an affair with another woman last year (13). McDermott subsequently checked into a Los Angeles rehab facility weeks later to deal with “some health and personal issues”.
The couple will mark its eighth wedding anniversary on 7 May (14).
