Tragic Dolores O’Riordan’s mum thanks people of Limerick for their support

The mother of late The Cranberries star Dolores O’riordan has thanked the people of the singer’s native Limerick for their support.
The Irish singer was found dead in a London hotel room on Monday morning (15Jan18) and her mum Eileen is still coming to terms with her daughter’s sudden death.
She tells the Limerick Leader newspaper the outpouring of support from the people in the Irish city has been a “huge source of comfort”.
“The people who queued to sign the book of condolence – some of them standing in the rain – it has meant a huge amount to us and has been a great source of comfort,” Eileen said.
Police officials have confirmed they are not treating the Linger singer’s death as suspicious.
An inquest will begin in London on Friday (19Jan18).
