Kevin Villegas, who worked for the movie star, claims he’s the victim of harassment.
Reports suggest Cage asked him to track his son down and when they met outside a Hollywood restaurant a fight ensued.
Cops were called to the scene and strapped Weston to a gurney before taking him to hospital for a mental evaluation.

Shortly after the incident, Villegas filed a request for a restraining order against Weston, calling him “mentally unstable”. According to TMZ.com, a judge has granted the order, which requires the rocker to stay at least 100 yards away from the trainer and his family.
