Tulisa Contostavlos denies drug charge

British pop star Tulisa Contostavlos has appeared in court to plead not guilty to allegations she helped set up a drug deal. The former N-Dubz star is accused of arranging a cocaine sale worth $1,200 (£800) to an undercover reporter from Britain’s The Sun on Sunday.
At Westminster Magistrates’ Court in London on Wednesday (19Dec13), she denied a charge of being involved in the supply of class A drugs.
Rapper Mike GLC – real name Michael Coombs – who stands accused of providing the illegal substance, entered a not guilty plea to the same charge.
The pair was granted unconditional bail and will appear at Southwark Crown Court on 9 January (14).
