Joseph Cilibrasi was accused of secretly opening a credit card account in the Law & Order: Special Victims Unit star’s name and writing cheques without her knowledge.
He pleaded guilty to a number of charges, including grand larceny, back in November (11) and, on Tuesday (10Jan12), he was sentenced to two-and-a-half-years to seven-and-a-half-years in prison for the crime.
Tunie appeared in court for the sentencing.
