Joseph Cilibrasi was accused of secretly opening a credit card account in the Law & Order: Special Victims Unit star’s name and writing cheques without her knowledge.
And on Thursday (10Nov11), Cilibrasi pleaded guilty to a number of charges, including grand larceny, according to the Associated Press.
The 51 year old faces up to seven-and-a-half years behind bars when he is sentenced on 4 January (12).
