Tyga hit with default judgment over unpaid car lease

Rapper Tyga has reportedly been hit with a $157,200 (£118,800) judgment after failing to respond to a lawsuit over a car lease.
The Rack City hitmaker reportedly leased a 2014 Land Rover ATB from bosses at Midway HFCA and fell behind on his payments after failing to pick it up from a repair shop.
According to The Blast, Tyga, real name Micheal Stevenson, was subsequently sued by Midway HFCA executives.
Tyga, who has been sued multiple times for allegedly owing people money, originally agreed to pay $4,000 (£3,000)-a-month over 36 months, but he fell behind by $22,700 (£17,200) at the time he dropped the car off for repairs.
Midway HFCA bosses were seeking $202,700 (£153,200) in damages, but Tyga reportedly did not show up to court to face the accusations and last month (Jun18) he was slapped with a $141,000 (£106,500) judgment in damages, plus interest and legal fees.
