Tyler, the Creator scraps Canadian festival gig

Rapper Tyler, The Creator has bowed out of plans to headline the 2017 North by North East Festival in Toronto, Canada.
The Odd Future star has given no reason for the cancellation, but DJ Kaytranada has been drafted in to fill his spot on the second day of the event, which takes place from 16 to 25 June (17).
“Due to circumstances beyond our control, Tyler the Creator, will no longer be performing at the festival,” read a press release from festival officials.
The news emerges weeks after Tyler cancelled his European tour dates out of the blue.
“no more europe tour, sorry, next time,” he simply posted on Twitter.
He is still due to perform at four U.S. festivals this year (17), including New York’s Panorama Music Festival in July (17) and his own Camp Flog Gnaw Carnival in Los Angeles in October (17).
