Tyra Banks has confirmed she’s been in touch with Lindsay Lohan about a possible cameo in Life-Size 2.
The pair starred opposite each other in 2000’s Life-Size, about a doll that comes to life. The Disney movie has gained something of a cult following, and in April it was announced a sequel was in the works.
Model Tyra previously commented that she’d love to see Lindsay return to the franchise, and now she’s shared the news that there have been discussions between the two stars.
“I am having conversations with Ms. Lohan,” Tyra said during an appearance on The Talk. “Yes, and I want her to come back and I think that she does too. Actually, I know she does. So I really hope that she can be in it.”
While no plot lines have been revealed, Tyra recently promised the sequel, which will hit TV screens in December, 2018, is going to be more grown up than the first film.
“Crazy, people want this so bad. I had no idea!” she added on The Talk. “But Eve is gonna grow up, honey.”
She also previously shared that she’d love to see Zendaya in a lead role.
“Five years, four scripts, and finally we realised, Eve (Tyra’s doll character) needs to grow up,” she told ET. “She’s been around for a while. She’s been alive for a while. She needs to grow up and experience more adult things. So, you’re going to see a very different Eve on Freeform.
“I would love Zendaya. I think Zendaya would be really interesting.”
In recent years 30-year-old Lindsay has had a string of TV roles, including in Charlie Sheen’s Anger Management and the recently cancelled 2 Broke Girls. Tyra also has numerous TV roles under her belt, most recently starring in Black-ish.
