Tyrese Gibson and his ex-wife have been ordered to remove all pictures of their daughter from their social media accounts.
The judge overseeing the bitter former couple’s custody and protection order trial made the ruling on Thursday (02Nov17), insisting any images of 10-year-old Shayla posted from 1 September (17) must be taken down, according to The Blast.
The Furious 7 star’s ex, Norma, is fighting for a permanent protective order against the actor and singer after claiming in court he spanked Shayla so hard she couldn’t sit down. She also detailed the alleged violence she experienced during her marriage to Tyrese, claiming he once punched her several times when she was pregnant.
She initially won a temporary restraining order against Gibson, which prevented him for seeing his daughter for two months.
On Thursday, Tyrese won a small battle in the ongoing legal war with his ex – a Department of Children and Family Services investigation on him was closed.
Earlier this week (beg30Oct17), he posted a video of himself breaking down as he begged to see his daughter and accused Norma of wrecking his career. He also took aim at his rich friends who had turned their backs on him.
