Uma Thurman reunites with ex for friendly vacation

Actress Uma Thurman reconnected with her ex-boyfriend Andre Balazs over the weekend (19-20Aug17) during a vacation on New York’s Shelter Island.
The Kill Bill star was photographed hanging out with the hotelier, who she has dated on and off in recent years, but her representative insists the get-together was purely platonic.
“She’s vacationing there,” the spokesperson tells the New York Post, “and she and Andre are just friends.”
The mother-of-three was last romantically linked to Balazs, who owns a hotel on Shelter Island, in 2016, when they attended the Big Apple’s Met Gala together following a romantic trip to St. Bart’s in 2015.
They dated for two years until 2006, and Uma went on to become engaged to businessman Arpad Busson, the father of her five-year-old daughter Luna. They separated in 2014, and recently settled a bitter custody dispute, which resulted in the actress gaining full custody of the kid.
Meanwhile, Balazs, 60, became a father for the third time in July (17), when he welcomed a son with socialite Cosima Vesey, 29. He also shares two adult daughters with his ex-wife, Katie Ford, the former CEO of Ford Models.
