Usher’s ex-wife threatens lawsuit over kids

Usher’s ex-wife Tameka Raymond has threatened to take the star to court, insisting he is not serious about his parenting responsibilities, according to a report. Tameka is urging judges to order her former husband to be a better parent after branding him lazy and uncooperative when it comes to making important family decisions, according to editors at TMZ.com.
The Yeah! hitmaker, who holds primary custody over the former couple’s two children, Usher Raymond V, five, and four year old Naviyd Ely, reportedly stormed out of a co-parenting class they were ordered to take together in July (13) and has since shut his ex-wife out of the decision-making.
Raymond unsuccessfully tried to regain custody of her sons after Usher Raymond V ended up in an intensive care unit following an accident at the star’s father’s Atlanta, Georgia home in August (13).
