Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show returns to New York

The Victoria’S Secret Fashion Show is returning to New York.
Fashion fans living in New York will be given another runway spectacle towards the end of the year when the lingerie brand returns to the U.S. city. It follows the 2017 show in Shanghai and the 2016 presentation in Paris.
In a series of Instagram posts uploaded to the official Victoria’s Secret account, the news was slowly teased before the big reveal.
“Start spreading the news…,” the first post, alongside a photo of Josephine Skriver hailing a cab, read, followed by, “…the #VSFashionShow is back in New York City!” with a snap of Elsa Hosk emerging from the subway.
“Tag your Angels and get ready! Plus, get more #VSFashionShow via profile link!” the final caption stated, next to an image of Sara Sampaio at Grand Central Terminal.
Brand executives are remaining tight-lipped on the rest of the show’s details, with the exact location and date of the event yet to be revealed. Models Winnie Harlow, Duckie Thot and Leomie Anderson have so far been confirmed to walk in the show which usually takes place in November.
The annual underwear show has been held a total of 16 times in New York, and was last staged in the city in 2015.
For the 2017 Shanghai runway, VS Angel Lais Ribeiro was chosen to wear the coveted Fantasy Bra, a $2 million (£1.5 million) piece, dubbed the Champagne Nights Fantasy Bra, created by Swiss and Emirati luxury label Mouawad.
