Derrick Toole was hired by Maddalena to work on her Los Angeles home in 2010, but he allegedly violated her privacy by hacking into her computer and placing a tracking device on her car to monitor her every move.
Police discovered the top horror movie producer wasn’t the only person reportedly targeted by Toole and he was charged with felony counts of wiretapping, computer access and fraud.
A judge has now ordered Toole to keep his distance from his alleged victims, according to TMZ.com.
