Wood has placed the Santa Monica, California property he bought in 1999 on the market for $1.85 million (£1.2 million).
The Spanish-style home was built in 1924 and comes with a guesthouse, three bedrooms and two bathrooms.
Due to the ongoing housing crisis, Wood won’t be making much of a profit from the sale – records, obtained by the Los Angeles Times newspaper, show he bought the home for $1.45 million (£900,000) 12 years ago.
