One of the men linked to Xxxtentacion’s murder has asked for permission to quiz the guy who shot video of the rapper lying dead in his car.
Michael Boatwright has filed papers informing the court of his plans to depose Scott Barbieux in September (19), according to The Blast.
The accused plans to use Barbieux’s testimony as part of his defence.
The opportunist scored footage of the dead rapper before an emergency response team arrived. He later posted the video on social media.
Boatwright is one of four men linked to XXXTentacion’s death following an armed robbery that occurred outside a Florida motorcycle dealership last summer (18). He has been charged with murder and armed robbery with a firearm.
