Zoe Kravitz inherits father’s fear of flying

Actress Zoe Kravitz suffers panic attacks before boarding planes as she has inherited her famous father Lenny’s fear of flying. The X-Men: First Class star struggles to build up the courage to board a flight despite regularly jetting around the world, and often gulps a glass of wine to calm her nerves before take off.
The 24 year old admits she is not the only one in her family who hates air travel – her rocker dad Lenny Kravitz also has the same phobia.
She tells Britain’s Grazia magazine, “Aeroplanes terrify me. I fly a lot, but every time, I have a silent panic attack beforehand. My dad, Lenny, doesn’t like flying either, so I might have inherited it from him. It just feels so unnatural flying through the air with zero control. I used to have a glass of wine to calm me down, but I can’t do that every time I fly.”
