Synopsis:
Set in Lexington, Kentucky, Rae and her sidekick Carla are deadbeats barely out of their teens who dabble in prostitution and use the money they make to buy booze and drugs. After Rae is able to get five dollars from Arco after a "massage," she visits a country story run a local drug dealer named Eddie. She also stops at a seedy saloon where she runs into her father who slams her head down onto the bar, takes her money, and recalls their incestuous past. This moment pushes Rae over the edge and once she has snorted Eddie's cocaine, begins shooting people without realizing what she is doing.
