In this deliberately "un-PC" parody of detective movies, ex-LAPD detective Turk Bishop now lives in a quiet town in Wisconsin. The trouble begins with a cruel psychiatrist who "helps" his patients by being brutally honest about their faults, making him a hated figure in the community. He is so hated that he's pushed off the top of a local castle one day. Bishop now tries to solve the case, but it is a toughie as everyone who knew the shrink can be considered a motivated suspect, even the dead doctor's children.
