Synopsis:
Rick is an ex-American army officer who has been dishonorably discharged. However, his supposed disgrace has in fact been arranged by the US government, to allow Rick to investigate prewar espionage. While on board a Japanese ship bound for the Panama canal, Rick meets a pro-Japanese Brit, a fashion designer with a secret, and a Japanese martial arts expert who may not be all that he seems. Rick must discover who is behind a plot involving the Panama canal.
