Synopsis:

Eight bookish professors, assembling a dictionary of slang, allow a stripper on the run from her gangster boyfriend to take refuge in their dormitory. As she assists them in de-coding the language of the streets, the detached academics learn a thing or two about love and sentimentality--and so does the stripper.
