Synopsis:

Based on a gruesome true story of the residents of a rural Florida town of Dunsmore victimized by a deeply repellent individual, Ronny Roy Pritcher. A man that nobody liked and nobody mourned after he was killed by a barrage of bullets. Investigator Walter Taylor is sent by the state's Attorney General's office to assess whether the suspicious vigilante killing constitutes a breach of Pritcher's civil rights.
