Taiwanese music video director Yan-Ting Wen spins this cinematic triptych about bad behaviour in Taipei. In the first section, "Queen of the Bench," a struggling actress and clothing thief (Rui-Jun Fan) cajoles herself into a film role. The next segment features sullen drugged out teen (Chi-Yao Chang) who is taken into HQ for dozing in the streets. She strikes revenge by stealing the cop's gun and fleeing into the city. In the final bit, "A Dog from Hong Kong," a young waif gets a makeover.
