Synopsis:
Peter is making a last stand--literally. He camps 24 hours a day under the window of the girl of his dreams trying to win her love before she leaves for college at the end of the summer. Erica is worth it. Drop dead gorgeous, she loves trouble, hates conformity and laughs in the face of chastity. In other words, she's perfect. From Erica's lawn, Peter witnesses feuding neighbors, flirtatious divorcees and prepubescent romance. Peter not only becomes an expert in love, but an expert in life; a suburban guru to the young, Masters and Johnson to his parents and the solver of neighborhood mysteries.
