Synopsis:
Victor is the son of the owner of a traveling vaudeville show in pre-revolutionary Mexico. He meets Guy, a Frenchnam with a film projector and camera, who introduces him to the possibilties of the new medium. Entranced, he persuades his father to buy the equipment for their show. However, it comes as a package - Guy also demands that they take over protecting Valentina, a fugitive whose father was arrested for supporting the revolutionary Madero cause. They do so, and as Victor learns more about cinema, so he begins to fall in love with Valentina.
