Synopsis:

Unable to find work, professional goalkeeper Ramiro Forteza wanders Spain earning a living by challenging local boys to penalty kicks. After Ramiro arrives at a small Asturian village, he falls for single mother Manuela and enlists the romantic assistance of local priest Don Constantino.
