Synopsis:

God has a problem. One of his Level 1 Angels, George Burns, is moping around heaven, desperate to earn his wings and reunite with his wife and soulmate, Gracie Allen, Angel Level 6. To make matters worse for George, heaven is a non-smoking paradise. So, God decides to help George help himself by assigning him back to Earth in order to save a big time loser on earth named Steven "Shoomie" Shoomer from totally destroying his life.
