Synopsis:
Elmo McElroy, a streetwise American master chemist, heads to England to set up his last big deal, the introduction of a designer drug to the European market. McElroy soon becomes embroiled in a web of double-dealing as he's escorted around Liverpool's underworld and rave scene by rabid local hood Felix DeSouza who hates all things American. Rival dealers would kill for McElroy's new drug--and they do. His plan goes awry when he gets stuck in Liverpool and unexpectedly locks horns with some double-crossing swindlers and a local hitman. Soon, the crazy Yank and the loud-mouthed Scouser are forced to team up and forget their differences.
