This weak, low-budget, macabre film by Luciano Manuzzi is about the criminal tendencies of the residents in a seaside resort town. When an unappealing couple, Saura (Saura Fabbri) and Luigi (Gigio Morra), wander into town and then split because of an argument, tragedy intervenes by accident. Some inept kidnappers grab Luigi but it is doubtful they can fight their way out of a paper bag. Meanwhile, Saura has taken an interest in Nicola (Nicola Di Pinto), whose practical jokes can be deadly. For this unsavory couple, breaking up was not their best option.
