Synopsis:

Twins Taylor and Kylie have turned 16 and gotten their driver's licenses, so they decide to drive, along with two girlfriends, their new red Mustang convertible to the Olympic Winter Games in Park City Utah. On the way, they encounter all sorts of obstacles which keep them from getting to the Olympics, but they still manage to have loads of fun.
