Synopsis:

An electrical storm causes a power surge in a hospital''s MRI machine, killing the crash victim--a computer repairman cum serial killer--being scanned, but sending his soul into the city''s electrical circuitry and computer systems. Thus liberated, he resumes stalking his next victims.
