In a "B"-grade yet enjoyable sci-fi fantasy, the decathlon champion Paul Mendas (played by director and writer Michele Saponaro) is whisked out of a hospital bed and magically transported to the year 2262, when humankind is controlled by machines that inject sedatives into anyone feeling slightly rebellious. The only "normal" people are the athletes who have been transported into this time period from the past. They live in a state of hibernation for a total of 11 months, in environments that duplicate the world they came from. When Paul wakes up from his hibernation, he meets a young woman from the 21st century, and the two quickly develop a romantic attachment. They are both training for the "Spring Games" when they will be forced to fight an opponent to the death, if necessary. If they are lucky, one or both will be able to leave for freedom in the Great Northwest.
