Synopsis:

A tale about a Chicago actor and comedian who still lives with his mother and for some reason--well, for lots of reasons--has yet to find the right girl. However, suddenly: enter Beth, whom James meets as she fills in for a friend behind the counter at his favorite ice cream parlor.
