Synopsis

Directed by Patrick Wang, In the Family centers on Joey (Wang) a gay man who loses custody of his son, Chip, after Joey's partner, Cody, dies in a car accident. Cody left custody to his sister, and now Joey must fight the legal system as well as Cody's family's prejudices in order to regain custody of Chip.
