Suspense novelist William Rhodes thinks he's losing his mind when the people around him turn up violently murdered in ways identical to those that he's written about. When the real psychopathic serial-killer kidnaps Rhodes' girlfriend, the writer must give chase in an all-out battle of life and death on the high seas.
