Synopsis

Lola isn't at home to receive the social worker assigned to review her case. She has come to interview her and determine what services she should received from the State. However, in this zany neophyte film, it seems that everyone in the neighborhood (even a cat) has an opinion about Lola, and why she is la loca (the crazy one).
